Load custom sound

Hello everyone,

I recently bought me a KN7000, just for fun. And although the keyboard has been developed quite a few years ago and cannot compete with the modern keyboards of today, it still has a lot to offer.
The question which i'm now trying to solve is as follows:
In the memory section of the sounds you can store 40 own created sounds, which can be saved either on disk or SD card.
I would like to know if it's possible to pick one sound out of the 40 and load it into one single memory place.
Example: Load an altered string sound from SD card place 35 and load it into memory place 1 in the keyboard.
Or is it only possible to load the whole bunch togehter?

Regards,
Wim.

Re: Load custom sound

Hi Wim. If you go to the load page with either the SD or disc , and then go to page 3 your screen will show the option to load single mode, this is for sounds, composer etc:- if you use the MODE button (top left of the screen) you can scroll through the options. Select Sound Memory and this will allow you to load just 1 sound into any of the 40 memory spaces you require. This option works for Disk or SD.
Regards John.

Hi John,

You hit the nail right on the head. I followed your instructions. That's just what I was looking for.
It makes the KN even more flexible!
Thankls for your reaction.

Wim.
